Instead of jail time, offenders are assigned to complete a rehabilitation program. Participants: 1) are placed on supervised, intensive probation (with regular meetings with a probation officer and home visits); 2) must submit to drug testing and complete drug treatment, and 3) must complete their community service hours.
3.1 Program

3.3 Program
A 3.3 Program provides a residential, medium intensity, clinically managed substance abuse treatment in a structured environment. It is suitable for individuals who are chronic alcohol- or other drug-dependent but does not require skilled nursing care.
